COVID-19 Event Protocols

Each participant will be asked to perform an entrance screening by having their temperature taken and answering the following three questions:

  • 1. Have you knowingly been in close or proximate contact in the past 10 days with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or who has symptoms of COVID-19?
  • 2. Have you tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 10 days? If the answer is yes, the participant should not attend.
  • 3. Have you experienced any symptoms of COVID- 19 in the last 10 days? Symptoms include: fever, chills, sore throat, runny nose, cough, shortness of breath, muscle ache, diarrhea, severe headache, loss of smell, and loss of taste.

If the participant has had symptoms that have resolved in the last 48 hours without taking fever-reducing medication, then the participant can participate.

If symptoms have not resolved in the past 48 hours, then the participant should not attend the event and call Kim Gustafson at (607) 547-3928 to inform them they will not be attending.
